The vines for this wines are over 40 years old, and are grown in the warmest parts of our estate. The full-bodied intensity of this varietal comes through to the full when aged in oak barrels for a lengthy period of time, resulting in a powerful wine with a soft, creamy structure and a long finish. This wine shows all the potential for a superb longevity.
Ideal for roasting white meat, and the perfect pairing for grilled fish, seafood, and herby, spicy Italian and South Tyrolean dishes.
