Our flagship red calls for a close eye both in the cellar and in the vineyard, where our calcareous soils and cool locations produce superb results. A magnificent wine, in the style of its famous counterpart from Burgundy. 15 months maturation on the lees in small oak casks and a lengthy period of bottle-ageing give it its supple, creamy body and harmonious length. Pairs wonderfully with lamb, game and mature cheeses.
