This is the most terrain-typical, representative white wine of our region. With its delicate aroma of apple, pear and lemon and bracing vibrancy, it is a great favourite with connoisseurs and gourmands.
Grapes from the best of crus and old vines are set to age in large oak barrels, resulting in a potent, lively wine of superlative quality and a fresh, youthful character. Suitable as an aperitif wine and a pairing for herby, spicy starters, it is a first-class all-rounder.
